I just received this error. But I know why.  I was using http://www.east-harlem.org to put together the all new EE site.  But now that the site is built, I have moved everything to http://www.east-harlem.com.  The difference is from .org to .com.  I have disabled EE Mobile Admin on the .org site and wish to activate it on the .com site.  The .org site will be empties and then the domain will once again point to the .com site.  Do I need a newly generated license?

Good luck, dude.  Unless you want to drop another $50 on a new license, you’re SOL.  I sent these guys an email a while back with the same problem and got a nice response basically amounting to “sorry, that’s against our policy.”  Despite the fact that the license would only work on one site at a time anyway.  Super helpful, and well worth spending 50 bucks for a license I can never use again.  If I were you, I’d just wait till EE2 comes out of beta—there’s an included iPhone theme that won’t be crippled by a bunch of DRM nonsense.

Less than 24 hours after posting this, Revelate dug out my old email and generated a new license for me.  Thanks guys, the service is much appreciated, and I’m extremely glad to hear that you’ve updated your policies.
