I have not yet upgraded to the 2.0 Public Beta.  But I am curious about Mobile Admin being able to work in 2.0.  Will it work with 2.0? If not, will a 2.0 compatible version become available at some later time?

Hi josen2lrb - currently EE Mobile Admin only works with EE 1.6+.  We are in the process of updating it to be compatible with both 1.0 and 2.0. We will keep the EE community posted with our progress but we are hoping to roll-out with an update early in 2010.
